Our apps
Our mobile applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and any additional terms presented within a given app. In the event of a conflict regarding an app obtained through the App Store, the applicable App Store terms govern that distribution.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, design, logos, and trademarks (including "SelfOrbit"), are owned by SelfOrbit LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission, except as allowed by law. All other product names, brands, and trademarks referenced on the Services are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfOrbit LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
