Why does the app ask for my location?
To find and name your place, resolve its time zone, and fetch its forecast, rain timing, air quality, and daily decisions — using the weather + geocoding providers (Apple Weather / Apple geocoding / Open-Meteo). It is never sold or used for tracking. You can also search for a place instead of sharing your location.
Rain alerts or the morning brief aren't arriving.
Turn them on in the app, and make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Miso → Notifications. Alerts are based on your forecast, so a dry stretch means there is nothing to send.
A theme is locked.
The cute character worlds and the widget collection are part of Miso Plus. The free app includes the Classic world with the full forecast and one saved place.
I subscribed but Plus isn't showing on my other device.
Open Miso Plus and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple Account.
Widgets aren't updating.
iOS controls widget refresh timing to save battery, so they update through the day. Remove and re-add the widget if it seems stuck.
How do I cancel Miso Plus?
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Miso Plus.
